Tween Birthday Craft Ideas - Craft, Create & Celebrate Party

My niece wants to have crafts at her party and while she was visiting last month we narrowed down the selection.  The great thing is that she wants to be totally surprised.  She did say that she really, really wanted to make the bulletin board so I think we are going to do our best to make that happen.
